Refund Policy

Due to the handmade and spiritual nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a clear fulfillment error on our part.

To be eligible for a replacement or store credit, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. Please email us at denisemichelle761@gmail.com 

with the following:

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photographic proof of the damage or incorrect item

  • Your order number

We are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping. If your item arrives damaged in transit, please file a claim directly with the postal carrier. We strongly recommend selecting postal insurance at checkout if available, as we cannot guarantee or refund items lost or damaged by third-party carriers.

We reserve the right to determine whether a replacement or store credit will be issued. We do not provide refunds for issues related to personal preferences, individual results, or spiritual outcomes.
