Processing Time:
All orders are handmade and processed with care. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping. Custom items may require additional time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. We currently ship within the U.S. only. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Packaging:
Items are packaged with intention, using protective and eco-conscious materials whenever possible.

Delays:
Alley Cat’s Hollow is not responsible for shipping delays due to postal carrier issues, weather, or holidays. Once your package leaves our hands, it is in the care of the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Items:
We recommend selecting postal insurance at checkout. If your package arrives damaged, please contact your carrier to file a claim. For incorrect items, contact us at [your email] within 5 days with photos of the issue.
